Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
  • Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, Kleeyo will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Approved exchanges will be processed after verification of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
