Return Policy
At Kleeyo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or refund within 3 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
- Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
After verification, Kleeyo will replace the damaged or defective item at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective)
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:

- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
